My Story And Background

My name is Jonathan Wong. I grew up in Melbourne, Australia, and I founded Digital J five years ago.

I saw that there were a lot of e-commerce brands that were struggling to scale online.

We saw many brands wasting money on agencies that locked them into contracts and didn’t truly understand what it takes to scale.

I have spent the last five years working in agencies and buying courses to understand what is needed for a brand to scale its monthly revenue.

I tested many different ad strategies, creative types, audiences, and channels until I found a system that could be replicated across multiple e-commerce niches.

Since then, I have worked with hundreds of eCommerce brands to help them scale their revenue to 7 and 8 figures.

What marketing channels do you typically work with?
The #1 Channel to scale is still Meta/Instagram but Google and SEO are important supplementary channels for full scale growth to support the acquisition of new customers from Meta.
Will I have ownership of all ad accounts and data?
Yes, all the ad accounts belong to you and you will have access to them at all times. We run everything under your ad account.
Do you help us with promotions as far as Black Friday, and any new product launches etc.?
Yes, we'll have many ideas for you when these holidays come and we will work with you to figure out the best strategy to acquire new customers.
How often are you checking my ad account?
We will check your ad account and website backend (Shopify, WooCommerce) numbers daily but we will not always make changes daily as we don't want to over optimize your account.
What sort of ad spend do you recommend and what type of return can you get for me?
We recommend starting with at least $100/day and giving us the freedom to scale the ad spend if it is profitable depending on your profit margins, COGS etc.
How often do you have meetings with clients?
We like to have weekly meetings for the first months to get the ball rolling and to ensure we understand your business as best as possible. After the first month we typically move to bi-weekly meetings once we have a clear plan ahead.
Where are you and your team located?
I move between Melbourne and Thailand but we have team members in the US and the Netherlands.
How does your pricing work?
We work purely on performance with no upfront fees and we only get paid if we deliver profitability.
Do you specialize in a specific country/market?
We focus primarily on the english speaking countries eg. AUS/NZ/CAN/US/UK
